Refund policy

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items for a full refund or store credit.

Condition Requirements

Items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Free from odours, stains, or damage

What We Accept

  • Defective items - Full refund or replacement
  • Wrong size - Exchange. We will only offer a refund if the correct size is not in stock
  • Change of mind - Store credit or exchange (within 7 days)

What We Don't Accept

  • Items worn outdoors or showing signs of wear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased more than 7 days ago
  • Custom or special order items
  • Sale items (unless the defects have not been mentioned by our staff and they affect normal wear)

How to Return

In-Store Returns:

  • Bring items and receipt to our store
  • Immediate refund or exchange available

Online/Mail Returns:

  • Contact us for return instructions
  • Customer pays return postage (unless item is defective)
  • Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving returned items

Refund Methods

  • Cash purchases - Cash refund
  • Card purchases - Refunded to original payment method
  • No receipt - Store credit at current selling price
