Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your items for a full refund or store credit.
Condition Requirements
Items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Free from odours, stains, or damage
What We Accept
- Defective items - Full refund or replacement
- Wrong size - Exchange. We will only offer a refund if the correct size is not in stock

Change of mind - Store credit or exchange (within 7 days)
What We Don't Accept
- Items worn outdoors or showing signs of wear
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items purchased more than 7 days ago
- Custom or special order items
- Sale items (unless the defects have not been mentioned by our staff and they affect normal wear)
How to Return
In-Store Returns:
- Bring items and receipt to our store
- Immediate refund or exchange available
Online/Mail Returns:
- Contact us for return instructions
- Customer pays return postage (unless item is defective)
- Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving returned items
Refund Methods
- Cash purchases - Cash refund
- Card purchases - Refunded to original payment method
- No receipt - Store credit at current selling price
