Shipping policy
Shipping Methods
We offer shipping throughout Australia via Australia Post:
Standard Shipping
- Delivery time: 3-8 business days
Express Shipping
- Delivery time: 1-3 business days
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. Remote area deliveries may take additional time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website.
Delivery Issues
Failed Delivery: If Australia Post cannot deliver your order, they will leave a card with collection details. Items not collected within the specified timeframe will be returned to us.
Lost or Damaged Items: Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or goes missing. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within Australia.
